How far in advance can I reserve my bounce house or other activities?
You can reserve whenever you wish. We run on a first-come first-serve basis.
How long can I keep the bounce house or activity?
We rent activities by the hour with a two hour minimum and no maximum time limit. The dunk tank and food machines are rented by the day.
What happens if the weather does not cooperate for our event?
Safety is our number one priority at Blue Apple Productions. If the weather becomes unsafe for us to operate the activities on the day of your event, we will call the event contact to come to a decision on what to do. Unsafe weather includes, but is not limited to rain, thunder, lightning, high winds, and snow.
We offer Rainy Day Insurance. If your event is canceled due to weather conditions, your payment will be refunded with no obligation to reschedule.
Do I need to provide anything or do anything special?
Blue Apple takes care of all of your needs for your special events. We deliver, set-up, leave a professionally trained attendant to ensure correct usage of the equipment, and then break down the activity leaving no work for you.
Depending on the activity you book, we will need access to one 20 amp circuit (normal outlet) within 100 feet of where the activity will be set up.
What should I expect on the day of the event? How does the process work?
The week before the event you will receive a confirmation call confirming the details of your event. On the day of your event we will arrive at the predetermined time to begin the set-up process. Show us where you would like the activity set up and we will take care of the rest. The attendant will monitor the activity during the event, and at the end will pack up the equipment and take it away.
Where can I have the activities setup?
Outdoor areas are ideal for the activities. Indoor areas such as gymnasiums may work, but contact us with dimensions to ensure it will work.
How safe are your activities?
All of our activities are extremely well maintained, and will be supervised by a professionally trained attendant. By following the guidelines for the activities, everyone will have fun and be safe.
Do I need an attendant?
Yes. Our insurance company mandates that we provide a professionally trained attendant for all of our activities. These attendants are present to ensure a great experience for everyone. It is also recommended by our manufacturers that a professionally trained attendant monitors the activities.
How many participants can utilize the activities?
We have many activities to choose from, and each has a recommended number of participants. We have products to accommodate small and large events. Contact us to find out more about the particular products you are interested in.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
A deposit is required to reserve a date.
Can I use one of the activities at a park?
We have worked with many different parks departments in around Rochester and beyond and have made the proper arrangements for most items to be allowed to be used in parks.
Are there any cleaning fees?
It is our job at Blue Apple Productions to ensure you and your guests have a fantastic event. That means maintaining our activities to the highest standard possible. We clean and inspect our activities and make any repairs required to ensure a good event for you. We feel this is a part of our job and we do NOT charge extra for doing this.
Do you have Insurance?
Blue Apple Productions is fully insured.
What methods of payment do you accept for rental items?
Blue Apple Productions accepts credit cards, checks, money orders or cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment must be received in full 10 days prior to your event date.
What time will the rental equipment arrive at my location?
The rental equipment will arrive at your location prior to the beginning of your event. Some rentals require more set-up time than others, but you will be notified of the arrival time when the confirmation call is made.
